CMS and eShop Training
My web designs are easy to update but training is recommended if you have a number of additional features such as photo galleries, calendar and news modules. My training includes:
- Site visit to your office
- Demo and training on your computer (generally takes about an hour)
- An opportunity for you to ask me questions and finalise your site ready for launch
- User notes provided for your reference (CMS)
- Online user guide and tips (eShops)
- Your own login so you can take over your site and continue updating it
General computer knowledge is a pre-requisite, please contact me for any enquiries regarding training.
Ongoing support
I am only a phone call or email away and don't mind receiving queries whenever you have them! For small queries, I will assist at no charge.
If your support query relates to your domain name registration or web hosting that you have purchased from me, I will act on your behalf and contact the registrar or hosting company directly so you don't have to ring them and cope with the jargon.
